Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with lymphedema experience or CLT certification to deliver in-home therapy across Florida regions, including Jacksonville. This role offers full-time or part-time W-2 employment with a mobile in-home care model.

Responsibilities include delivering lymphedema therapy under OT supervision, following treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA license.
• CLT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation for travel within the assigned coverage area.
• Comfortable using electronic documentation platforms.

Responsabilités

• Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under the supervision of an OT.
• Implement treatment plans and track patient progress.
• Provide hands-on therapy and patient education; Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the care team.
