Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have an ACOTE-accredited OTA program and NBCOT certification.
• Licensed to practice as an OTA in the assigned state; CPR certification required.
• At least one year of OTA experience or equivalent mentorship/ residency program.
• Documentation according to AOTA guidelines and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled interventions per the plan of care under OT supervision.
• Document each visit in patient records.
• Observe and report patient response and any changes to the supervising OT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on ADL/IADL tasks and safety.
• Coordinate follow-up care with the care center and team.
