Apollo Home Healthcare is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Home Healthcare Team and serve patients in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. This role offers either full-time or part-time/per diem scheduling with supervision from an OT.

We emphasize patient-centered care in the home setting. You will provide in-home OT services, support independence, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Assistant program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Active California COTA license is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home occupational therapy visits under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement.
• Document visits in WellSky/Kinnser EMR.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team.
