Job summary

Apollo Home Healthcare, part of Obran Cooperative, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Home Healthcare Team to see patients in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. This is a full-time role with option for part-time/per diem.

You will provide in-home occupational therapy services under supervision, helping patients improve mobility and independence, educate caregivers, and document visits in WellSky/Kinnser. California COTA license and CPR/BLS required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Assistant program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Active California COTA license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes.
• Home Healthcare experience.
• Experience with the Kinnser/WellSky EMR preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home occupational therapy visits under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement.
• Document visits in WellSky/Kinnser in a timely manner.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to the care team.
