Family Pride Private Home Care is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Companions & Homemakers. No previous experience is required as training and certification will be provided.

You will deliver non-medical support to clients, helping them remain comfortable and independent in their homes. Your duties include providing companionship, preparing meals, assisting with errands, and maintaining a clean living environment.

Qualifications

• No previous caregiving experience required.
• No CNA certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and individual care plans.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly companionship and conversation.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
• Grocery shopping and running errands.
• Light housekeeping, including vacuuming and dusting.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Accompany clients on walks and outings.
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions.
