Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid North Carolina Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the consumer with personal care needs and companionship.
• Document daily activities and goals met in an electronic format.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the family of the consumer to promote independence, socialization and personal development.
