Job summary

Little City Foundation seeks a Behavior and Community Support Therapist to work directly with children and teens in their homes and community settings, delivering clinical intervention using behaviorally based and trauma-informed models.

The role emphasizes 1:1 direct treatment, collaboration with therapists/BCBAs, and serving Medicaid/private insurance clients, with a hybrid remote work arrangement and opportunities for extensive training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• ABA principles experience preferred and RBT cert or able to certify within 90 days.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and be able to travel within a 40-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates behavioral health habilitation and rehabilitation using trauma-informed practices.
• Directs skill-building groups for children to address communication, daily living, social, vocational, and self-esteem skills.
• Supports caregivers with evidence-based strategies, including ABA.
