Job summary

Right at Home is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs for one-on-one in-home care in Columbus, GA. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and support independence in the safety of their homes.

We offer flexible schedules, same-day pay, paid training, and a supportive local team that helps you manage caregiving tasks such as transfers, meal prep, medications reminders, and mobility assistance while upholding dignity and privacy for clients.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA credentials required.
• Personal care and activities of daily living experience.
• Reliable attendance and clear communication.
• Respect for client dignity, privacy, preferences and home.
• Ability to follow a care plan and report changes or concerns.

Responsibilities

• Assist bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting and incontinence care.
• Ambulation, transfers and lift assistance as appropriate.
• Meal preparation, companionship, social engagement and light housekeeping.
• Transportation to errands and medical appointments.
• Medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance.
• Blood glucose monitoring, Foley care, hospice/bed-bound care as trained.
