Job summary

Right at Home Peachtree City seeks compassionate CNAs/PCAs to provide one-on-one in-home care. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, and daily activities while following each client's tailored care plan.

Qualifications

• CNA or PCA qualifications/credentials as required
• Personal care and activities-of-daily-living experience
• Reliable attendance and clear communication
• Respect for client dignity, privacy, preferences, and home

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting
• Ambulation, transfers, gait belt assistance
• Meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping
• Transportation/accompaniment to errands and medical appointments
• Medication reminders as prescribed
• Vital monitoring and comfort support as trained
• Follow the care plan and report changes or concerns
