Job summary

Bella Senior Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home care. Primary responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to help clients maintain independence in their own homes.

Ideal candidates can read and write English well, communicate clearly, have reliable transportation, and be flexible to adapt to changing schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English at an average adult level
• Ability to speak English clearly, both in person and over the phone
• Flexibility to adapt to new caregiving situations
• Capable of following care plans and documenting activities

Responsibilities

• Assist with walking and light exercise
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and incontinence care
• Plan and prepare meals followed by cleanup
• Make beds and change bed linens
• Light housekeeping including dusting and vacuuming
• Clean bathroom and kitchen to maintain a safe environment
• Perform laundry and medication reminders
• Run errands as directed by management
• Provide incidental transportation using client or caregiver vehicle
• Assist client in bed and during the night
• Prepare morning meals and cleanup
• Launder sheets
