Job summary

Bella Senior Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide professional caregiving in clients' homes, helping them stay independent. You will assist with activities of daily living, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation as directed by management.

Responsibilities include hygiene assistance, mobility support, medication reminders, and documenting activities in ESRP. Availability for weekend shifts is required and a dependable vehicle and English proficiency are necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect.
• Ability to read and write English at an average adult level.
• Ability to speak English clearly, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to drive or use public transportation to get to work.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations.
• Have a dependable vehicle that is registered and insured.

Responsibilities

• Assist with walking and light exercise.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming and incontinence care.
• Plan & prepare meals followed by cleanup.
• Make beds and change bed linens.
• Light housekeeping including dusting and vacuuming.
• Clean bathroom and kitchen to maintain a safe environment.
• Laundry
• Medication reminders.
• Run errands if directed by management.
• Provide incidental transportation using client or caregiver vehicle.
• In sleep-over situations, assist the client to and from bed and throughout the night.
• Prepare morning meals and cleanup.
• Launder your sheets.
