Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners provides compassionate in-home care for individuals affected by DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. As a CNA, you will deliver one-on-one, relation-based care in patients' homes, supporting daily living activities and well-being. This role requires dependability, a patient-focused mindset, and a passion for care.

We offer a range of benefits and a shift differential of $1/hr for nights and weekends. Full-time staff receive health benefits, PTO, an EAP, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Idaho CNA certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility/home setting.
• Home health/long-term care/hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition.
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Active CNA certification in Idaho

CPR certified

Valid driver's license

Ability to work independently in a home setting

Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred
