Job summary

BrightStar Care of Baraboo is hiring in-home CNAs to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes throughout the Baraboo area. You’ll deliver companionship, personal care, and support that helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), weekly pay, paid training, ongoing education, nurse-supported care teams, and a variety of client assignments to fit your skills and interests.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or licensure is required per local requirements.
• Ability to follow a care plan and work independently.
• Dependability and commitment to high-quality care.
• Licensed driver with reliable transportation and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Provide light housekeeping and linen changes.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide transportation or help with errands/appointments as needed.
• Observe and report changes in a client's condition.
• Follow the client's plan of care and care procedures.
• Maintain client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
