BrightStar Care of Madison is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home care to clients throughout Dane County. You will offer companionship, personal care, and support with daily activities in the comfort of clients’ homes, while following individualized care plans and maintaining dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA with current certification.
• Demonstrates compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding.
• Provide light housekeeping.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide transportation for errands and appointments.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Follow care plan and procedures.
