Job summary
Human Touch Home Health in Virginia is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide one-on-one, in-home care to patients across Fredericksburg and surrounding communities. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, and daily tasks, ensuring safety and comfort in the patients' own homes.

Qualifications
- Active Virginia CNA Certification required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Experience in Home Health or personal care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
- Observe patients and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse
- Follow individualized plans of care
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
