Professional Case Management, the leader in home healthcare, is hiring CNAs to provide in-home care in Tennessee. You can shape your own schedule with PRN, part-time and full-time opportunities, delivering one-on-one support to veterans and other clients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state(s) of practice.
• Experience in home health care preferred; training may be provided.
• Ability to perform ADLs and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming and mobility.
• Monitor and document vital signs and health status.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records.
