Professional Case Management is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our in-home care team in Tennessee. This PRN, part-time and full-time opportunity lets you create a schedule that fits your life while delivering one-on-one care to veterans and other clients in their homes.

Ideal candidates hold an active CNA certification in the state of practice, with experience or training in vital signs, documentation, and activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Experience with vital signs, documentation and daily living activities is preferred.
• In-home care experience is an asset; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home CNA services to clients in Tennessee.
• Assist with activities of daily living and basic healthcare tasks.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records and reports.
