Job summary

MaineTouch LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support and personal care services to adults and seniors. CNAs will assist with daily care needs, promote comfort and independence, and work with a responsive care team to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes one-on-one client care with flexible scheduling options, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for advancement within MaineTouch's care pathways.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Maine CNA license required in the State of Maine.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide mobility assistance including transfers and ambulation.
• Measure and document vital signs and health observations.
• Support daily care tasks such as light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while promoting independence.
• Report changes in condition promptly to nursing or supervisory staff.
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance.
