Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Active Maine CNA license (state) required
• High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene)
• Provide mobility assistance (transfers, ambulation, device use)
• Measure and document vital signs and health observations
• Support daily care tasks (light housekeeping, laundry, meals)
• Assist with meal service and feeding as needed
• Offer companionship and promote client independence
• Monitor condition and report concerns promptly to staff
• Follow CNA scope of practice and care plans
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct
