Havenova Home Care Solutions in Wilton, CT is seeking a compassionate Elderly Care Aide/CNA to join our growing in-home care team. You will provide high-quality, personalized care, assist with ADLs, monitor health, and offer companionship to seniors in their homes.

Qualifications

Must hold valid CT CNA certification.
Experience in elderly/home health care preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist elderly clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Monitor and record vital signs; report health changes to the care team.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed; light housekeeping.
Administer medications as directed and within CNA scope.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and care team about client needs.
