The role emphasizes strong communication with clients and families, ongoing training, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality service. Prior CNA certification in CT and experience in home care are preferred.

Qualificações

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Connecticut.
• Previous experience in home care or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades
