Job summary

Cari Mer Home Care Services LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in home care or healthcare settings. You will support daily living activities and help maintain comfort, safety, and wellbeing for clients.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility transfers, meal support, monitoring vital signs, medication reminders, and documenting care while upholding HIPAA and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Assist with bathing, hygiene, and grooming.
• Help with dressing and personal care routines.
• Support mobility and transfers (bed, wheelchair, bathroom).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines.
