Job summary

Care- is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate in-home care for individuals who need assistance due to age, illness, or disability. You will work in clients' homes and communities, delivering personal care with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility, bathing, dressing, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and monitoring safety. You will also provide companionship, respite support to families, and follow care plans.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA certification.
• Experience in home care is a plus.
• Good communication and compassionate nature.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care including ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating, and grooming.
• Support with mobility, transferring, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide meal planning/help with meal preparation and basic housekeeping tasks (laundry, cleaning, laundry).
• Offer companionship, social interaction, emotional reassurance, and engagement in activities.
• Assist with transportation, errands, and accompanying clients to appointments.
• Follow care plans, monitor safety, and report changes to the Branch Manager.
• Prepare and maintain documentation per agency policies.
