Job summary

Assured and Associates is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home health team serving clients in their homes. We seek compassionate, dependable, self-driven caregivers who deliver quality patient care with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include hygiene and daily living assistance, mobility support, and documentation of vitals and outputs. CPR/First Aid/AED certification, TB test, and nursing assistant coursework are required; prior hospital or home health

Qualifications

Nursing assistant course completed or equivalent.
High school diploma or equivalent.
CPR First Aid & AED certification (American Heart Association).
TB test required.
Previous hospital/home health experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Able to lift 10 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

Provide hygiene and daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, transfers).
Assist with meals and mobility using gait belt, Hoyer lift, or sliding board.
Document inputs/outputs, glucose, and vital signs.
Support home exercises and range of motion.
Keep patient areas clean and safe; follow HIPAA guidelines.
Report changes to charge nurse.
