Job summary

Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to deliver high-quality, in-home personal care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will assist elderly and disabled clients with bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and daily living activities, helping them remain safe and independent at home.

You will observe and report changes in condition, follow care plans, and maintain strict infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification is required.
• Experience in in-home personal care is beneficial.
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes to supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and daily living activities.
• Observe and report changes in client condition per care plan.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in the home setting.
