Job summary

Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to deliver high-quality, in-home personal care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. You will assist elderly and disabled clients with bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and daily living activities, helping them remain safe and independent at home.

You will observe and report changes in condition, follow care plans, and maintain strict infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required or equivalent credential.
• Experience delivering in-home personal care and companionship a plus.
• Ability to observe changes in health status and report to supervisors promptly.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting and daily living activities.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition.
• Maintain infection control practices and safety standards in the home.
• Observe and document client needs and respond with compassionate care.
