Job summary

Addus Family Company is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to deliver in-home personal care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. You will assist elderly and disabled clients with bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and daily living activities, helping them remain safe and independent at home.

You will observe and report changes in condition, follow care plans, and maintain strict infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required.
• Experience in home health care preferred.
