Job summary

Comfort Keepers in Irving, TX is seeking caring, dependable Home Health Aides/Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care. A CNA license is a MUST and experience with dementia or Alzheimer's is a plus.

You will assist with ADLs and IADLs, provide companionship, transport clients to appointments, and follow care plans. We offer paid training, health benefits for full-time staff, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of senior caregiving experience in any setting.
• Dementia or Alzheimer’s care experience is a plus.
• CNA license is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding.
• Help with IADLs: light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, meds reminders, transportation.
• Support families by teaching safe caregiving techniques, especially for dementia.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands; follow care plans.
