Job summary

ONE BY ONE HOME CARE INC is seeking a certified nursing assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will assist patients with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and help improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, personal care, and coordinating with nurses and doctors. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to supporting independence and dignity for clients, including those with dementia.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CNA certification required.
• First aid and CPR certified.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with daily living activities.
• License to drive and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide compassionate companionship and monitor wellbeing.
• Aid in transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Support client’s daily routine and promote independence.
• Maintain safety and report concerns to nurses and care coordinators.
• Communicate with family and care coordinators regarding client status.
