Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Proof of current TB testing.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable individual.
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state).

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist with light cooking and cleaning tasks.
• Support clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with ambulation and medication reminders.
• Transport clients for appointments and errands.

Skills

CNA or HHA license preferred
