Job summary

Nu Look Home Care Agency is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide dependable, person-centered care in clients' homes around Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas.

We seek compassionate CNAs who arrive on time, listen to clients, follow care plans, document accurately, and treat every individual with dignity and respect. EVV clock-in/out is required on visits.

Are you a compassionate caregiver who enjoys helping people maintain their independence and quality of life?

Nu Look Home Care Agency is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide dependable, person-centered care to individuals in their homes.

We're looking for caregivers who understand that the little things matter — arriving on time, listening to clients, following the care plan, documenting accurately, and treating every individual with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities May Include:

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene

Providing mobility, transfer, and ambulation assistance

Assisting with toileting and other activities of daily living

Meal preparation and feeding assistance

Light housekeeping related to client care

Providing companionship and supportive care

Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition

Following the client's established plan of care

Completing required visit documentation

Using the agency's Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system to accurately clock in and out of scheduled visits

Qualifications:

Current CNA listing/credentials as required for the position

Current CPR/AED certification

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Professional and respectful

Reliable transportation

Ability to follow written care plans and agency procedures

Comfortable using a smartphone/mobile app for EVV and visit documentation

Ability to successfully complete required employment screenings

Home care experience is preferred but not required
