Responsibilities:

2. Monitor and report any changes in client health and wellbeing to the supervisor.

4. Adhere to care plans and deliver personalized care for each client.
5. Help clients with mobility and daily living tasks to promote independence and comfort.

Qualifications:

1. Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of North Carolina.
2. Experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred but not required.
