Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Providing mobility, transfer, and ambulation assistance.
• Assisting with toileting and activities of daily living.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Light housekeeping related to client care.
• Providing companionship and supportive care.
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition.
• Following the client's established plan of care.
• Completing required visit documentation.
• Using the EVV system to clock in/out of visits.
