Job summary

Addus Family Company in New Mexico is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to deliver high-quality, in-home personal care for elderly and disabled clients. You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and daily living activities to help clients stay safe and independent at home.

You will observe changes in condition, follow care plans, maintain infection control and safety standards, and communicate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
• Experience with in-home care or elderly/disabled clients is preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and document changes in condition.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and activities of daily living.
• Observe client condition and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in the home environment.
