Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a compassionate Home Care CNA to provide direct personal care to clients in their homes across North Carolina. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and basic exercises; monitor and report changes in condition; perform light housekeeping and meal preparation; and support medication reminders per care plan.

CNAs will collaborate with nurses, follow care protocols, maintain documentation, and uphold infection control and safety
