Job summary
Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant to work 1:1 with clients in home settings, assisting with ADLs and daily tasks. You will connect closely with a supervising nurse to monitor health and maintain care quality.

Qualifications

- Flexible availability to meet client needs
- Proficient in electronic medical record documentation
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) in home settings
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health to supervising nurse
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR/records
- Ensure a safe, healthy home environment for clients
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform basic housekeeping to maintain client living space
