Job summary

Adara Home Health is seeking a CNA to provide compassionate in-home care in Minnesota. The role involves 1:1 client care, flexible full- or part-time scheduling, and reporting to a Staffing Manager with clinical oversight by a supervisor.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, medications under supervision, and basic home health tasks. Travel to client homes is required, with strong emphasis on safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Currently or have previously been on the CNA Registry or completed a formal certification training program and passed a written test and competency evaluation.
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or 16-17 with related school-based training or a certified HHA Competency Evaluation.
• Have at least six months experience in a health care facility.
• Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation to travel to multiple client homes daily.

Responsibilities

• Assists with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and simple catheter/colostomy care.
• Assists with physician-ordered medications under RN supervision and reminds clients of times to take meds.
• Performs home health tasks like range of motion exercises and home exercise programs under supervision.
