Qualifications
- Colorado CNA license required or in good standing.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Flexible availability to cover shifts.
- Proficient in electronic medical record documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) in-home.
- Monitor changes and report to supervising nurse.
- Maintain timely EMR documentation.
- Ensure a safe, clean living environment for clients.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Perform light housekeeping as needed.
