Up Closets of Southwest Florida is seeking a client-facing sales consultant to conduct in-home design consultations and guide homeowners through the design process, helping bring their dream storage spaces to life with our software.

This commission-based, W2 role offers paid training, advancement opportunities, uniforms, tools, and a path to higher earnings through performance. Flexibility includes work-from-home options; a valid driver's license is required.

Formación

• Sales experience, design exposure a plus.
• Tech-savvy with ability to understand design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Passion for design.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with clients to understand storage needs and preferences.
• Design custom closets and spaces using our software.
• Provide estimates and proposals for custom closet systems.
• Collaborate with installation team to ensure accurate installation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout design and installation.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to design and customer service.
