Up Closets is seeking a client-facing salesperson for in-home design consultations in the Cape Coral area. This commission-based role rewards high performance with substantial earning potential and a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Sales experience; design experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with design software and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand storage needs and preferences.
• Design custom closets and spaces using our software.
• Provide estimates and proposals for custom closet systems.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate and efficient installation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the design and installation process.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to design and customer service.
