Job summary

Renegade Talent Group is seeking experienced in-home closers on Long Island. You’ll visit homes to quote projects (roofing, siding, windows, decks, baths), present offers, and close sales in one visit. Most appointments occur evenings and weekends, with an inside team handling lead setup.

You should have a proven end-to-end in-home sales record, strong CRM/tablet skills, and the ability to share your biggest recent sale details. Confidential placement with current employer untouched.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience with end-to-end closing
• Ability to discuss past big sale and sale amount
• Comfortable with a CRM and a tablet
• Open evenings and weekends for home visits
• Ability to follow a defined sales process

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to assess projects, build a quote on a tablet, present it, and close during one visit
• Follow up on open items and request reviews and referrals
• Coordinate with inside teams for appointment scheduling and lead sources
• Ensure leads provenance, expected volume, and payment terms are explained before offers
