Job summary

TeamuP Counseling is seeking an in-home clinician to provide clinical services to young individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges. The role requires a minimum of a master's degree and an active New Jersey LSW or LAC license. Responsibilities include direct service work, treatment planning, and collaboration with the Child & Family Team. Qualifications

• Minimum master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Must have an active New Jersey LSW or LAC.
• Min 1 year experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to youth in home or community setting.
• Complete weekly clinical progress notes following sessions.
• Create treatment plans for assigned youth.
