Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to young people with intellectual disabilities.
• Complete clinical progress notes within 24 hours.
• Create treatment plans for assigned youth.
• Attend team and administrative meetings as requested.
• Collaborate with the Child & Family Team.
