Job summary

Health Connect America in Georgia seeks a licensed behavioral health therapist to deliver high-quality therapy in homes, schools, and communities. You’ll perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group services to support emotional wellness and improved family outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with schools and providers, ensure safety planning, and participate in ongoing professional development within a compassionate, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• Two years of experience with children and/or families preferred.
• Eligibility for Georgia licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and use evidence-based tools to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment recommendations.
• Create treatment plans with measurable goals tailored to each client’s strengths and challenges.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain engagement with clients and families, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, schools, healthcare providers, and community resources for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, referrals, and connections to resources with proper documentation.
