Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Alameda in Oakland seeks compassionate child care professionals to support children with and without special needs. Roles include part-time and full-time options with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, to fit your schedule while making a real difference in young lives.

You will guide social and communication skills, support growth, and create engaging activities in a safe, nurturing home environment.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Passion for working with children ages 5-10.
• Experience/passion working with special needs children is a plus.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Guide children in building social and communication skills.
• Support physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Plan creative activities that encourage exploration.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
