ComForCare Home Health Care - Alameda is hiring to support families in Alameda County with compassionate, consistent child care for neurodivergent and special needs children. You will help children aged 3–17 grow socially and communicatively through play and structured activities.

Join a team that values respect, ongoing training, and advancement opportunities, with a schedule that fits weekday afternoon/evening or weekend availability. CPR certification and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with special needs.
• Professional experience such as ABA therapists, special education, behavior technicians, DSPs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Encourage social and communication skills in children ages 3–17.
• Support developmental milestones through play and structured activities.
• Create safe, engaging environments for learning and exploration.
• Provide consistent care that promotes independence and confidence.
