Care to Stay Home in Spokane County is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors and individuals in their own homes with dignity and independence. We offer competitive pay, flexible full-time and part-time schedules, and a supportive team that values your growth and well-being.

What You'll Do

As an in-home caregiver, you'll help seniors and individuals who need assistance continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Preparing meals and providing nutritional support
• Assisting with mobility and fall prevention
• Providing medication reminders
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Assisting with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation as authorized
• Supporting clients living with dementia, Parkinson's, and other age-related conditions
• Communicating client needs and changes in condition to the care team

• Ability to meet applicable Washington State caregiver employment, background screening, and training requirements

Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but we encourage caring and dependable individuals who are interested in a caregiving career to apply. Experience caring for family members or supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities is also valuable.
