Right at Home is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide meaningful one-on-one care to clients in Shady Side, MD. Join a team that values compassion, reliability, and high-quality home care. You’ll support mobility, daily living activities, and companionship while ensuring safety for clients living at home.

Position offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, and weekly pay with 24/7 office support. Must have high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, driver’s license, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of proven experience as caregiver, home health aide, or nursing assistant.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Ability to speak and understand English as needed for the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility devices (walker, wheelchair, lift).
• Assist with transferring/moving clients.
• Support daily living activities.
• Support range-of-motion exercises and physical care needs.
• Help with special dietary needs and meal preparation.
• Accompany clients on errands or appointments.
• Medication reminders.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Perform housekeeping activities.
