Honor is hiring caregivers in Monterey, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Carmel Valley, and Carmel to help seniors stay safe and independent at home. Earn $18.50–$19.25 per hour with weekly pay and reliable hours, based on location and client needs.

You’ll build relationships through companionship, assist with meals, light housekeeping, and personal care. Access our mobile app for real-time updates, scheduling, and earnings tracking.

Qualifications

• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
