Job summary

Honor is hiring caregivers in California to support seniors at home. Pay ranges from $18.50 to $19.25 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit. Locations include Monterey, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Carmel Valley, and Carmel.

Shifts range from 4 to 13 hours, with mileage reimbursement and opportunities for training and advancement. Applicants should be able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client, have basic English skills, and complete any required compliance or registration

Qualifications

• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client to provide consistent care.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities. Bilingual or multilingual applicants are encouraged.
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
